Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Items showing signs of use, alterations, or missing tags cannot be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, certain categories such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
Once your return is delivered and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Based on current carrier rates, the average cost of returning a parcel to our warehouse in China is approximately 25 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency), depending on the courier.

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide either a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds

Refunds are always issued to your original payment method.

Refunds cover the full product price. Since we offer free worldwide shipping, no outbound shipping fees are ever charged to customers.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for funds to appear in your account.
Lost or Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe (see our Shipping Policy) plus an additional 5 business days, please contact us.

Orders confirmed lost in transit qualify for a full refund or free replacement.

Delivery delays outside our control (e.g., customs inspections or courier backlogs) are not grounds for automatic refunds.

Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
