We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return guarantee worldwide on all orders.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Items showing signs of use, alterations, or missing tags cannot be accepted.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain categories such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

Once your return is delivered and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Based on current carrier rates, the average cost of returning a parcel to our warehouse in China is approximately 25 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency), depending on the courier.

  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide either a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are always issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds cover the full product price. Since we offer free worldwide shipping, no outbound shipping fees are ever charged to customers.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for funds to appear in your account.

Lost or Missing Orders

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe (see our Shipping Policy) plus an additional 5 business days, please contact us.

  • Orders confirmed lost in transit qualify for a full refund or free replacement.

  • Delivery delays outside our control (e.g., customs inspections or courier backlogs) are not grounds for automatic refunds.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement, provided they have not yet been processed.

  • Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Customers may still use the 30-day return policy after delivery.

Regional Consumer Rights

  • Europe (EU): Returns and cancellations comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

  • United Kingdom: Returns and cancellations comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • United States: 30-day return policy applies to all orders.

  • Canada: Returns comply with Canadian consumer protection laws. Our 30-day return policy also applies.

  • Australia & New Zealand: Returns apply in addition to protections under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
