Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items that show signs of use, alterations, or removal of tags cannot be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, certain categories such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Average international return costs are around 25 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency), depending on the courier.
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide either a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds After Return
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds are always issued to your original payment method and in your local currency, where available.
Refunds cover the full product price. Since we offer free worldwide shipping, no outbound shipping fees are ever charged to customers.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe (see our Shipping Policy) plus an additional 5 business days, please contact us.
Orders confirmed lost in transit qualify for a full refund or free replacement.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement, provided they have not yet been processed.
Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
Customers may still use the 30-day return policy after delivery.

Europe (EU): Returns and cancellations comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
United Kingdom: Returns and cancellations comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
United States: 30-day return policy applies to all orders.
